A tour of our quad, 112, in Brown Hall at Princeton University. Each of us received a desk, desk chair, shelf, dresser, and bed.
    Pros:
The natural lighting is phenomenal with such large windows, and the installed yellow lights are perfect at night. So much space to put things along the walls and even on the wide window sills. The room has character, with a fireplace and interesting architectural features and designs above the doors to each room and around the walls. It feels so cozy and homey. Laundry and bathrooms are found on this room's floor (1). The square courtyard and archway outside are stunning and so welcoming. Brown is conveniently next to Dillon gym and Frist, as well as farther north up campus and closer to classes. We have a massive closet in one of the rooms (the part that goes black in the video), so there is so much storage space.
    Cons:
Unfortunately, the bedrooms are so small that you have to bunk the beds. There is no AC in our room, and fans are an absolute must. Roll-up shades are installed but you have to climb up to the top to manually roll them up. You must go outside and across the archway to access laundry and the women's bathroom on the other side of the hall - meaning you have to open two doors and swipe your prox to get back into the building. We currently also have construction noise that begins at 7:30am as the new Art Museum is being built. No elevator access, so moving your things into even the first floor with an orange cart is impossible because of stairs at each entrance.
    Overall:
9/10. I am prepared to argue that this could be one of the best dorms on campus. After having lived down campus for the past two years at one of Princeton's new crown jewels, Yeh, I think I'm going to LOVE being here so much more. Despite the lack of AC which is terrible, the room feels so much more welcoming than the modern, but ultimately bland and sterile, rooms and architecture that characterizes Yeh. The room doesn't feel cramped, and we have so much space in our common room. (This is coming from someone who lived in a quingle in Yeh.) I feel more connected to campus, and the room just has a lot calmer and warm atmosphere, even in the hallways. It feels like a home, and not like a hotel that is meant to appear untouched for appearance purposes (which is what Yeh seemed to be). I'm looking forward to spending my time here this year, and I'm seriously considering drawing into Brown again next year.
