A well maintained EV would require very little repair. EVs are more reliable than conventional cars because they have fewer moving parts so they hardly breakdown.

@KukuDjamasi so there are apps for that in developed countries. I'm not too sure if those apps work in Ghana but with Google maps, you will be able to see EV chargers when you search. Also each car has an emergency charger that allows you to plug into a normally 220v socket and charge. But it may take much longer to get a full charge
Don't know which Chinese cars you are referring to but most car brands out there have Chinese built parts. Also, cars like BYD have excellent crash test results. These cars can compete with any popular car company

Apart from charging stations, you can plug it into any wall socket and charge. It's much slower but can be used if there's no ev charging port nearby.

The guy has very limited knowledge on the car he is describing. Our roads are not conducive for EV's yet.
So u think a starter coil or gearbox or top gasket & all ur engine sensors are all waterproof. Don't u hear of flood damaged cars?
