@@ARBoilers Happy to, also just a note for anyone else reading this the problem reoccurred several hours later I repeated the process and more limescale which looked a bit like grit had gone through and blocked the trap again so I repeated and worked fine again.
Thank you for the video 👍🏻 we had a error code 227 today in this cold UK weather, no heating or hot water and it sounded like a washing machine, the pipe outside wasn’t frozen but after watching your video I found our trap was blocked, all sorted and now running again 👍🏻 thanks
I usually just connect the wet vac into the condensate. I have a made up rubber attachment. Does the job 9 times out 10. You can connect the vac downstream on the condensate pipe as well too. Rather then blowing down the trap you could use a garden pressure sprayer.
I have a junior 28i and thinking of upgrading as its over 10yrs old. can I get 30i or 4000 installed directly without changing the pipework or demolishing half of my house? which is the best direct replacement if the above are not correct?
This is a life saver. I had this issue 2 weeks ago....had to call out British gas as i have cover with them but its £60....i saw the engineer explain to me it was the condenser rap but i didn't see him remove it....and now i can hear the boiler bubbling again...do all i have to do is turn the boiler off?
My thanks for showing your knowledge, I would like to know if it would not be very problematic to put subtitles in Spanish since my level of English is not very advanced. Thank you for your work
You didn't show the black pipe and how you cleaned it as you said it wasn't coming out the best. was it clogged. 7.40 into your video. Thanks for your video now I can do mine
Thank you so so much my boiler is working again exactly as you said!

Thanks very much for this guide mate, my boiler was continually stalling and showing EA 227 code and this sorted it, much appreciated :)

The Worcester Greenstar 30si compact would work

Sorry about that
Why didn't you empty the trap? Are you suppose to leave that amount in the trap
I did put water in it
What I mean is that aren't you suppose to empty the trap fully before you put it back in?
@@mustafaahmed842 No you need a seal in it
