I've already said this. But if it was a ukulele or a guitalele it would have all nylon strings. You can clearly see the steel wound bass strings on that. Its a 1/4 size guitar for sure.
Now can we just enjoy this amazing man playing music

For a guitalele its actually Am and G. Same tuning as a ukulele (G-C-E-A) except with two extra strings on top (A-D) making the shapes same as a guitar except 5 half steps up. Same as if you capo'd a guitar on the 5th fret.

No, it's definitely a guitalele, some ukulele strings are wound with aluminum or even steel for brighter tone.
