Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Half of them are more like research labs hoping to get acquired before they get delisted or go bankrupt than actual revenue generating businesses. Best places historically to make money in healthcare is insurers (United Health, Molina, Cigna, Cardinal, Elevence), Diagnostic/Instruments (Danaher, Thermo Fisher, Abbott Labs, Stryker, Lantheus) and large cap biotech drug developers (Vertex, Regeneron, Amgen, Moderna, Alnylam). I’d say big pharma but outside of Novo Nordisk & Eli Lilly with the GLP-1 boosts they’ve primarily become just drug marketers.

I've been a nurse for 35 years. Some of these companies were new when I started working in 1989. I should have invested then but I was young and raising two children by myself. Looking back, I kick myself for not DCA into the healthcare market. Who knew that the world would become fat and lazy? Perhaps I was too hopeful that humans would get better with time, education and technology.

What you said at the 1min mark about NVDA incapable of 8x-ing from here is mostly right, but just remember that the US economy would grow along with NVDA, so NVDA would never catch it.
After a recent hospital stay, and coordination between the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, the hospital, and the physical therapist, I am appalled at the duplication of effort. The hospital measured my wife’s neck size three times in 24 hours and it never showed up from measurement to measurement. Manually entering her prescriptions five times. And using words that meant different things depending on who was using them. Who knew that “home health care” means physical therapy to the hospital but not the agency providing physical therapy.

After the video was made, the company did a reverse stock split. This was explained many times in the comments.
