Oh my, Thank you for this in-depth view with time stamps on what happened XD , honestly I couldn't make up my mind with the magnets and was basically experimenting whole heartedly with the amount of magnets . I think 2 magnetism perk and 1 gold magnets is all you need. I want to eventually be able to utilize minimalism perk to keep gaining strength. would be fun :D.
