It looks good. I wish I was brave enough to try that color. The only thing amiss i see is the root color doesnt carry all the way through to the ends. I think your ends are still holding on to that dark blonde dye. I wonder if a quick bleach wash beforehand would have helped? It looks really good, and if you are planning to repeat the same color soon, hopefully that will make the ends more vibrant.

Your previously bleached hair won't hold the red color. What is going to happen is that your roots going to be bright red while your lengths gonna be much lighter and will fade very quickly. The reason is that bleach killed off basically all the pigments in your hair (we can say your hair is "empty" at this point), so the red pigments can't attach to anything in it. If you'd like to have red/copper hair, you should go to a professional salon, because you'll need a double coloring. The first step is to fill your hair with all the pigments (crazy colors), and only AFTER that step color it red/copper. This way the difference between your roots and your lengths won't be very big and the color won't fade out that quickly. But you can't do that at home, you'll need professional help. Believe me, I too have gone through this.... :) I hope you'll get the exact same color you want!

It is very hard to get color to stay in bleached blonde hair :/ and red fades quick

I have been using this colour for years & love it, but after watching this video I don't think I will be using it again as the colour in the video is awful, no copper in it at all have they changed the formula ?
