Many forgotten songs in that flashback! Exhale, Tell Me & Misled are my favourites, thanks for the video! 😃

Great job.... It's always beautiful to remember those songs from the 80.90.2000s, hug from Chile 👍

I'm rather eclectic, so my favourites here are: Whale (not "the"), Tina Turner, Therapy?, Enya, D:Ream, Garbage, Cardigans, Loveland, Vanessa Mae (you included the wrong mix, for the single she released a reggae remix of Classical Gas), Blur, Crystal Waters and my diva, Heather Small of M-People.

Oh my Exhale missed top 10 in UK. I am shocked. Only a few good songs in there like Oasis, Garbage, Björk, Enya and Tina Turner.
Ace of base released wrong song as the lead single, maybe that's why they bombed. The bridge is their best album though.

Although I lose interest in the charts and contemporary music after about 1991, I have always had a personal nostalgic soft spot for the Autumn of 1995 perhaps one of the better periods of the 90s to be living in and if I had a time machine it would actually be on my priority list.
I love St Etienne "He's On The Phone" it brings back soooooooo many great memories of a time when I was buzzing with confidence and for the first time ever I thought I had a chance with a girl I really fancied and around this period there wasn't too much of the pretentious Britpop shyte that annoyed me although The Universal is easily the best thing Blur ever did and that also is on my good memories playlist.
A significant number of older timers (i.e. pre-1990 hitmakers) had some big hits around this period and I am surprised no flashback to Cher's "Walking In Memphis" which I think I prefer to the original (the G Major key perhaps makes it sound a bit more dramatic?) and that also reminds me of feelings of hope and optimism that I had. And no reference to Everything But The Girl "Missing" which was HUGE around this time?
Unofortunately I cannot bear Tina Turner's Goldeneye which sounded like a rehash of every contrived James Bond cliche, cringe!
Overall, the duds and the unlistenables like Bjork and Goldie seem to be in the small minority here, something I find very rare for any monthly flashback after 1991/92.
One blemish - Robson and Jerome top of the charts when there were far better stuff in the Top 5, WHY?

He's On The Phone (#11) was Saint Etienne's highest charting single ever, besides their collaboration with Paul Van Dyke on 2000's Tell My Why (The Riddle).

Thank you for a flashback to 1995 👍. I wish I could go back to this time sometimes. Many classics and I remember nearly all of those first time round at the age of 11! I just like how everything had a chance and all genres co-existed. This is very strong and the whole later part of the 1990s is a great time for music. One of Whitney's most underrated songs on here. Plus its a decent film too it came from. This era is a golden time for R&B. It's impossible to choose favourites here! My top five are 'Wonderwall', 'Exhale (Shoop Shoop)' and a tied third for 'Queer', 'Golden Eye' and 'Inner City Life' (From Wolverhampton and proud of his accent!).
R Kelly, I don't want to know what you're being reminded of thanks! Vanessa Mae would go on to be an Olympian for Thailand at the Winter Olympics in 2014. Was Berri one of those Corona style singers?

Robson and Jerome's song was my dad's favourite song at that time! I was looking for guidance in my life at the time!! I went for a reading with Peter in Crawley! I don't know the songs in the middle but Elvis Presley, August! Went to his funeral and cried my eyes out! R Kelly was a different music! It was I believe I can fly. Luther was Matt and Debbie Luther and Jill and Annette Neil! Did they care? No! Only my teddies Charles and Rupert!

Love Celine's "Misled" - one of her most underrated tracks. Plus she says "dissed" in the song. It's phenomenal. 😂😂

Awww, why did you cap it at 50? There was a song that peak at #52 that month in the UK. A very interesting one. (And it wasn't actually a song, it was an audio recording of the two Oasis brothers embroiled in an argument.)
