I have the opposite problem as you, I always carry too much stuff when I go four wheeling. I got a socket set, volt meter, spare belt hand wipes, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, tow strap, spare spark plug, waterproof matches, and a ton of other crap. Good thing I ride a utility quad so that I have room to carry it all. Keep making the awesome vids!
Haha..Glad you like it. We both benefited, you got the torque wrench and I got to get rid of all the waste in my paper shredder. Once I saw lifetime replacement, I figured it's the safest bet.
Man I have a camp out there in Catt county..south Dayton to be specific..and I know what you are talking about when you say the woods are so pretty at this time of night. I'm glad someone else feels the same way I do about how beautiful New York is.
Is is normal for a belt to fail that soon? (things this video taught me today): Make up a tool kit from all the spare tools you have, get a new belt and a spare, and a tow strap. Thanks 3DMachines for the helpful advice.
the metal in between the clutch where the belt sit may be a little rough. try sanding it and see if it helps your belt problem. happened to my Vintage sled
hey Dalton my friend just bought a Skidoo like yours but newer the dealer told him you have to go a certain amount of miles on the Belt before you can go Full Throttle or it will just kerp destroying them
Dalton you should build a water cross sled and do a series on it and eventually sell it or keep it that would be sweet! now many series on doing that! awesome vids keep up.tye good work! braap!
Awesome video! going through the forest tree tunnel was my favorite part. Makes me want to come all the way from Nevada just to go snowmobiling up there! Also why did the new belt mess up?
hello, im live in the south aka Alabama. was wondering are they hard to ride? also in summer does the trails you ride in the winter open in the summer for motorcycles?
just a friendly tip for you dalton if you're belts keep blowing up like that get a belt for a m1000 artic cat they are very close to the same belt that way it won't blow up as much that's what I did for my polaris 700 and keep up with the awesome content really injoying the riding
Man I told you to check those clutches out. :) If you're going through belts that fast check the top rear motor mount just behind the clutch on the engine if its loose at all it will kill belts. (this mount is almost always broken)
3DMachines is it true its best to run small engines on 93 or 94 which ever you can get??? I heard from one older guy that he runs his ATV snow blower everything on only shell 94 but other say it's fine to use regular whats your opinion on it???
