Hi. Purchasing property in Italy doesn't entitle the buyer to reside in Italy. So the length of your stay would be determined by your Visa (holiday, residency, etc)
Is that a huge spider in the corner above the fridge? Asking for a friend. I really like their apartment. It’s just the right size having the washer is very important. The kitchen could be done different and have more storage, but who’s gonna spend much time inside. I will be eating out.

You can always get a quote, however in the small spaces split units are more common than radiators these days
