very nice tutorial, thank you :-)
I have to simulate the workpiece as the Steel AISI D2 (X153CrMoV12).
    But I don't find any Johnson-Cook parameter / Johnson-Cook-Damage parameter!
    Can you help me, please?

Likewise, I would like to know how these parameters are obtained.

    Hii..
I am performing the milling operation similar to this one but I want to find out stresses on the Milling tool also.
After adding Rigid body constraint of Tool with reference point, It does not gives stresses on the tool.
While if I deletes the rigid body constraint between tool and Reference point the tool does not rotates.
And I am unable to give rotational velocity to tool without attaching it to reference point.
If I will be able to give rotational velocity to tool about its central axis without connecting it to reference point. It will solve my problem. But I am unable to do it.
    Can you help me out...
    Please...
    It's Urgent...

I afraid this Problem is Dynamic/Explicit , because you have used in your step definition for both 0.2 sec (previous trial) &0.9 sec (later trial) time scaling factor of 1e-4. This will obviously change the behaviour of the Dynamic problem result. you have to be careful in making sure your final results are correct by checking the ALLKE/ALLIE
