Cooking yourself is a hell of a lot cheaper than eating out. You can make 8 good meals for the price of 1 in a restaurant.

I call bullshit on the intermittent fasting thing.
Food breaks down and gives you the energy you have. Saying you purposely starve yourself regularly to have more energy is ridiculous and well imo it's lying.
Love to see the supposed workouts people claim they fly through after almost an entire day of no nutrients, fuel or proper hydration etc.

Is there a book out there you could recommend that shows how to meal plan with simple examples. I have looked and there is no dummies guide it seems. You give great advice but with my short term memory i wont remember half of it in five mins. I live in Eire so some of the stuff you mention is either not available or is extremely expensive, hell our petrol is $15usd per gallon. Keep up the good work you are an inspiration to us all. 25 - 30 grams of carbs a day is ideal

Can’t workout on empty blood? Your body is not completely depleted of nutrients and glycogen by the morning. And you do not want to workout on a full stomach bc the blood is concentrated in the stomach trying to digest the food rather than filling the muscles during the workout. Working out on a full stomach bogs you down and makes you sluggish in the gym.
