I calculated my time and it's pretty wild.. thank you for these videos! I've been contemplating a lot more about my daily tasks and trying to be more efficient, never considered how much the watch can replace the reasons we carry our phones.
I’ve been trying to limit my screen time recently and this video is just a great reminder of that. One thing I’ve done to help is create a focus (on iPhone) that only allows notifications from my family to go through and that’s it. Something you reminded me of is the idea that a phone should just be used for what it was meant to be used for, so a new goal for me will be using my phone solely for communication. Appreciate the video :]
The argument of "living the moment" when you want to document something via video or photos it's really limited. I can do both and then keep memories for everyone in the group (don't confuse this with constantly taking pictures of everything) and that's something I cherish :)
me app with the highest screen time is what I use as my alarm, at 4.5h, and the one after that is at 14min with a total screen time of 45min a day/5.5h a week, so 1h a week screen time. I have never use any strategy to use my phone less I basically use it how ever I want.
Good video Bro. I do business online, and because of that, Im on my phone most of the time. (and I have 2 PHONES!!!---YIKES)...but I get outside, work out, travel and my phone allows me to be independent....But I don't do business on the weekends...and I only use (one) phone for messaging and thats it.
This is actually so real.. I just recently started limiting apps/setting up screen time limits to stop unhealthy habits (to put it nicely 😅.) So far.. I think it’s working, and I’m actually considering disabling some of my online/social accounts that serve me no purpose :/ Also, maybe buying an Apple Watch wasn’t actually a waste, that’s pretty smart. Should anyone see and read this, any extra tips anyone has are greatly appreciated :)
If you film TH-cam videos on your phone, that alone, even if you did nothing else will increase your screen time. Heck, my bus app sometimes can be 44 mins long, which is just nuts.

I have a 9 hour average per day of use. 😢
“A smaller screen size, I’ll want to use it less…if I want to watch something on TH-cam or something, I’ll just use my laptop”……..???🤷♂️
😳it’s still a device…
A PC is more deliberate, you can't just walk around with your laptop in public.
dammit... second comment...
simple, get an iphone, that phone is so ugly you'll only use it when you absolutely have to.
all modern phones have looked the same since like 2018
