hi, anime in-between animator here, i've just joined the industry for nearly a year, but i felt a need to correct your math at 5:00, the number you were pointing at wasnt the number of pages, but the number of frames, so it doesnt mean there's 133 pages of drawings, but 133 frames of animation. Additionally, In normal animation, we dont actually draw on every frames, we draw one page for about every 3 frames Which means according to your math, within 133 frames of animation, there'd be only about 44 pages of drawings. But we also have to take into account of pacing and the number of cells, so the number 133 does not necessarily relate to how many pages were actually drawn in that cut. Also, a key animator does not draw EVERY pages in a cut, they only draw well....the key frames, so your math was also incorrect there. Well, if you want a specific number, take me for example, for an in-between animator, our daily quota is normally only about 20 pages per 8 hours, so....yea, normally that's how many pages a cut would average, there're small cuts that only have 3 or 4 pages and big cuts that have 50+ pages.
One big listen why i hype oshi no ko is her death screen It so gorgeous that i have to watch twice. Personally i don't watch anime twice but oshi no ko death screen is too perfect

Kanna Hirayama has the great potential to go far in life with her great talents. I do solely heavily agree on one thing that is carrying the series to “Rent A Girlfriend” is the beautiful design that’s drawn out beautifully, but plot wise & story progression? Not much, the series should of ended long time ago, shits been dragged out for awhile & still no progression at all. I entirely blame the author “Reiji Miyajima” on this though. He’s the one who is overseeing this series after all. End of story, the end.
Man I am trully impressed how you transmited the power of Kappe thru this video. You are 100% right when you highlite to level of detail her work is. When there is passion like this, the result is almost always something great. I trully believe that Rent a Girlfriend success lies just in character design and direction. This is a strange case that media elevates a not so good story. And the reason that this is going to have a 3rd season (my God I just can believe this) is purely that people love the way it is drawn and animated.
Nice video but as an animator there is some quite wrong stuffs you got wrong 1st: Pardon me if I'm mistaken the title, maybe it's just for click bait or sth (which I suggest we should kinda be more selective about which is ok to do and which is not but I guess it's just cultural different) but Kappe-san never was in bad list director at all, she is literally one of the rising star in this industry. 2nd: about the frames counts, this is nothing big of a deal just a correction for people who is interested in this craft. At the mark of 5:00 minute. Those number are Koma/frame count mark, it does not mean you draw the mount of with is printed when you reach there in the timesheet, it's just a number mark of the koma/frame you are at so you can do the timing. The number that is hand writing is what the actual frames there is in the cut that need to be draw. You will see 2 bigh groups of collums, 1st group is for us Key animator to mark down our keyframe, 2nd group of the collums is for the inbetweener. The one which is circled is key frame, none cicrled one is inbetween. And therefore, your average frames/cut was kinda way out of average. Most average cuts will have from 10 to 40 full animated inbetween. Yes there are cuts that has 140 actual drawing frames or more, but those are special cuts, not the average. An anime is not a nonstop action heavy like a match of Call of Duty with 100% run and gun, there are cuts that just people walking, mouth speaking, looking at stuffs... so to say the average cut has 100 frames is really really wrong. The thing is modern anime has very heavy line works, the industry need to be very very efficient in the frames count that need to be draw, we don't have time like Disney Feature movie back then to go for animated on 2 for TV production. Don't get me wrong the fact that Kappe-san and the staff can keep this beautiful production runs is really awesome, but 100,000 frames for 1 person is just a no no number. Not criticizing or anything though, I'm just here to provide some inside for more accurate information. Hope it will help. Nice works

OKAY ITS SO AWESOME YOU HAVE THOSE KEYS FROM TORADORA!!! 😱
Hell yuh oshi no ko ma fav gaaaaawrllllll!!!!!!
"You're hit in the gut"
Oh, you-
Man I am trully impressed how you transmited the power of Kappe thru this video.
I Hope she's getting her checks.
KAPPE WILL BE A HOUSEHOLD NAME FOR ALL ANIME FAMILIES, BRUH
Nice video but as an animator there is some quite wrong stuffs you got wrong
1st: Pardon me if I'm mistaken the title, maybe it's just for click bait or sth (which I suggest we should kinda be more selective about which is ok to do and which is not but I guess it's just cultural different) but Kappe-san never was in bad list director at all, she is literally one of the rising star in this industry.
Nice works
