- Black Hills UTV Trails that take you to Cement Ridge Fire Tower Lookout. This was a wonderful trail that brought us to the tower that provided views of South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana. You can see it all from here. No wonder they built a fire tower lookout here. There are bathrooms at Cement Ridge as well as picnic tables. You are allowed to go into the lower section of the fire tower but not on top as it is a manned fire tower.
On the way up to the fire tower you will pass by a "Dances with Wolves" filming location. It was the location where the Indians set up their winter camp. Just a beautiful area.
We can't recommend this trail enough and the views at the top are well worth the trip!

That was 7 minutes of the most UN informative off road video i ever seen.
honestly what more information could've you possibly needed? i dont know what kind of videos you watch or why but i watch off road videos for the action and to watch people ride.. what information can help you watch lol if you are really that helpless you need extra information to find out what is happening in this video you probably dont deserve to ride these trails. There isnt one piece of information that would help you bud. honestly. you just like to bitch huh?
