Always MAKE SURE you include all the salt and nitrates in your soup through the water additive! Always! And then take the weiner and make a side dish of weiner on a tooth pick!! Yummmm!

this is also the base for hot dog demiglace. I use a whole sprig of rosemary and just pull it out after the demi Glace has thickened. Viola.
