When you said you didn't get to do anything with visuals in your retail job that broke by heart :( Visuals are my absolute favorite part of working in fashion retail and I'm so sorry you didn't get to experience it due to some rude managers. Dressing mannequins has nothing to do with your personal taste, is has to do with what you think customers will like, a lot of the stuff I put on mannequins I would never wear!

unrelated but i think my cat lived in a house with door handles like yours before she lived here because she stands up and reaches for the door handles and seems confused when she encounters something round. if we had those handles im sure she'd be able to open the door. do your cats open doors?
The gold mirror could be there. It is OK if the lights can be seen in it because it wouldn't be at all times. Also it wouldn't be shoeing in the videos
