I also own a 1971 Baldwin Motion camaro. I have owned it for the past 41 years when i purchased it when i was 16. Mine has the phase 3 454 LS7 engine with a t400 transmission. I will never part with it. Im a proud owner!!!!
At 16? wow, thats a keeper for sure. Bought a frame off 1970 Z/28 from my boss late 80s we restored them. 8500 was my daily despite all the "its gonna get ruined" comments. Was flawless yrs later when I sold it got in too much trouble, Van Nuys cops knew my car well.
Hard to choose. Love first gens...but after having a perfect resto 70 Z its a tie in my eyes. Best riding/driving old car Ive ever owned, everything felt just right
@@gordocarbo the 1981 yenko turbo z28 only made small handful of them,,73 baldwin motion camaros were sharp as hell,i also read 73 baldwin motion chevelle was the most expensive baldwin motion car
Cool, a Ca car thats driven! Look to be Hooker side pipes, remember when they sold them just for the Camaros, length and primary tubes look great. If only we could get radial tires in teh 50 series again. L50s for me!
Really cool car here, don't get me wrong, Just not a fan of sidepipes on pretty much anything besides a Cobra. Perhaps a couple of custom vans from the seventies but that would be about it.

I remember those Motion cars were like the Holy grail of Chevys back in the day. Along with the Yenkos 😊
What a great piece of car history. Just amazing
I passed Motion every day on my way to school!
I saw this car years ago i believe... in long Island.... where I live..
MOTION was the real deal. Been there years ago when they were hot in 68
They really are! The owner of this car said he wanted a Motion Camaro over a Yenko because Motion wasn’t “as known” he felt.
@@californiaspeedshop True...these were the bad boys. Was a kid in the 70s reading about them in Car Craft super chevy etc.
