Ok I just found this and I got to say....
MAN this legit a pretty nice video showing off all of this cool unused stuff that was unfortunately never used in anyway,
But even if its unused, I honestly still love things like the concept of "Nurse joy & co." for example along with the banger joke songs as well lmao.
Technically, Gastly wasn’t “unused” because he was in brimstone when Gengar first appeared, Gengar starts off as Gastly, then he has Gengar’s face, but Haunter’s silhouette, and finally, it actually becomes Gengar, so I’m happy that those concepts weren’t just made for nothing 😊😊

It’s really sad to see this cuz it shows how much had to be cut. It hurts more cuz Darkrai is my favourite mythical, even giratina, unown king and even (what I hope) is the Pokémon rusty series made by I can’t remember who. Would have been interesting to see how that would have went.
