SANJOY MUKHOPADHYAY PAYS TRIBUTE TO BADAL SIRCAR (15th July 2020_DRISHYA FILM COLLECTIVE)

Drishya Film Collective's founding member Sudeb Sinha has been trying to complete his monumental audio-visual project for the past few years: a documentary on legendary thespian Badal Sircar. This youtube video, made in remembrance of Badal Sircar to mark his birth anniversary, uses some stills and footage from that unfinished project. Eminent literary critic, essayist and film scholar Sanjoy Mukhopadhyay, who has been a mentor of Drishya from the very beginning, speaks on the maestro.
