Junk food life hack: If you're a fan of the McRib, look in your supermarket's frozen food aisle (frozen dinner section) for this thing called "On-Cor Barbecue Sauce & 6 Boneless Rib Shaped Patties". It's about 4 dollars, and that, one onion, one dill pickle and a 3 dollar pack of rolls will give you six McRib clones that are nearly identical while saving about $30.
On the Simpsons it was called a Ribwich at Krustyburger. It was discontinued because the animal it was made from went extinct. Customer- "You mean the pig is extinct?!" Krusty- "No, you're way off....think smaller, with more legs......"
My dad was working at McDonald's to get through college when the McRib was introduced in 1981. To this day, he's never eaten one because cleaning the fryers after the McRibs just made him sick, and he can't even catch a whiff of one today.
lol I've never seen you so entertainingly awkward/uncomfortable. The McRib cracks me up. It's a formed meat slurry patty, but if you look at the patty itself, it's shaped as if it's a small rack of ribs with the bones in. A decision that was obviously made by the marketing department,. 😂
This band is awesome! Althought it is a bit derivative of TOOL where it comes out periodically to make something fairly expected and then disappears for a long while. Lol
I haven't had one in years, but they used to be my go to option at McDonalds. They never looked particularly appetizing (even for fast food) and are messy to eat (just like real ribs, so points for realism?), but they tasted great. Someone in the comments suggested that the recipe has changed, so that could also be the reason, guess I'll have to try one again.
I had my second McRib a couple of weeks ago. The first was in Las Vegas in 2008, I think. It had barely any sauce and was feh. I saw in some food reviews it got more sauce and thought, it’s been a decade or more. I had the similar reaction. It was better with more sauce. But maybe in another decade. Maybe a 2.5 on a 5 scale. I didn’t get sick and it was OK, didn’t rush to get another later. You did fine as a food reviewer. You’re wearing a Tokyo shirt. Sushi next? Joe
Ha! Found something in common. I don't like sloppy food. Those TV adverts with the dripping sandwiches are unappetizing. Does give me a chance to repeat an ancient joke, It goes, "I don't like that restaurant. The food is terrible and the portions are too small." LOL
At the end of the day, it's just pork shoulder, which is the same cut of meat that most pulled pork BBQ is made from. It ain't great, it ain't healthy, but it is real.
No, it didn't look great, Justin! It has just started to pour with snow, here in the south of England, so warming vegetable soup and crumpets for me today!
How could you have never had Mcrib after all these decades?? They used to much better ages ago but they're still edible nowadays. Only downside is the mess and the onions which I omit.

This was cinema nouveau at its finest.

Ain’t no Tony Roma’s.

I like them. I have one every few years and somehow survived.
Going in the Mctrash!😆
No onions and extra pickles for me. It’s not amazing food, but I very much enjoy a few when it comes around.
Maybe this can be a new feature for the channel: The pairing of bad food with bad music. 😂
Review Brah is making a pretty good living reviewing fast food offerings… 2.86M subscribers!!

or the Yogi Berraism, "no one ever goes there, it's always too busy".
Mctrash is perfect, watch out for the
mcMovement!
I want to speak to the McManager
More music? Try Spliff Carbonara 🤤
I'd say a prayer for you, but I don't think it'll help. Best of luck to your stomach.
only an alka seltzer can help me now
Glad you got that little curiosity out of your system. #YOLO
definitely out of my system now :)
@ 😆 hey, it was pretty funny content so I do appreciate the share! You definitely suffered for your art in that video.
I’ve never understood why this sandwich is so beloved. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against McDonalds, but the McRib is just gross.
Never had one. Wouldn't mind trying one but not for $6 plus tax.
Nah... The vegan says no.
Tried mcrib once, threw it out after one bite!
JP, God only knows what kind of "meat" truly is in those things. All that corporate industrial food is not good. I want to see you live a long life.

All maccy ds is crap I don't know how anyone eats it😢
Food review channel now
can you imagine
No, it didn't look great, Justin!

Sounds tasty!

I said we were “eating” with the Holy, Holy video. Apparently I misspoke or was uninformed of the future. **Ahem** NOW we’re eating!
You're an oracle!
BBQ Blubber.
Yes don't do this again 😂
😉
i had some mcrib's in my life. not my most favourite one tbh
I've never had one either. I hate barbecue sauce.
I've had better sandwiches from vending machines.
I call it MuckDonalds
Don't do it!
In the UK theyve changed the recipe - they used to be good
Same here in America. It's a subtle change but something is definitely different nowadays and not for the better.
@@John_Locke_108 I think with the new McRib theyve just reformed hte breakfast sausage and slathered in BBQ sauce
that's some nasty crap !
Don't be embarrassed as many people do food reviews on you tube and tik tik
I tried it, didn’t like it. Gave it a second chance, still didn’t like it. Tried it a third time, not terrible but not for me. C minus
Good for trying tho!
Never liked the McRib. They are just gross.
