More proof this is the Prequels didn't suck. All that fanfare for the third installment of something that gets so much internet hate. A premiere that spanned coast to coast. Top that!
Nah Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones are below average films. A lot of the hype for the prequel trilogy kinda died down after those films but there was still a pretty decent amount of hype.
@@jimbeam2299 Phantom Menace is a brilliant film imo. As is AOTC. The story of the sacking of Naboo was unique and needed the slower pace. The only reason people dislike it is because of how different it was and some old Star Wars fans weren't familiar with the greater universe. I still find no flaws to this day. Those movies are Star Wars - with the capable effects he had, i think Lucas aced it to the best of his abilities. Especially when in reality, the two movies are extremely ambitious for the world he wanted to introduce in film - to be fair. Every single child that grew up with the prequels adored them, and most consider Ep 3 the best.

@jonathantorres4085 nah jj was definitely wrong for episode 7. JJ is a total hack. Should've just had Lucas start it off. Colin Trevorrow ironically would've made the best film of the sequel trilogy. So of course it didn't happen.
