He is sure about it that Joost will not be prosecuted and will be freed of all charges. Conclusion: Just because The Netherlands complained about feeling unsafe and harrassed before the issue leading to the disqualification, Joost had to leave the competition. They didn't want him to compete. So they acted like North Korea and kicked him out for nothing.

I'm also still very pissed off he was disqualified, for what it seems to be a very minor incident, that could easily be fixed, he and the Dutch broadcasting tried to set up a meeting so he could say sorry, which I don't even think was necessary, but the ebu kept saying no. And then disqualified him. His dream to perform in the finals of Eurovision was blown apart. He promised his late parents he would do it. And I also think he would've won. But ebu and the sponsor didn't want it. It was pure politics what happend there. In the hearts of many all over Europe and the world he is the winner. Sorry Nemo, but to us Joost is the winner.

EBU response : We still stand by our decision to DQ Joost Klein as our female employee camera operator felt unsafe. No word on the claim by the Dutch broadcasting organisation Joost wouldn't be filmed coming offstage in the first place. So now you know if anyone of their employees feel unsafe without a shred of evidence they can DQ nations out of their contest. I don't think the Netherlands will participate again under those rules.

He's an entertainer and is really smart about everything he does. It's not the best song but it is the most entertaining one and the public loved it. EBU just disqualified him to focus everyone's attention on him instead of the israel participancy and other problems with the EBU itself but that didn't really work out as planned haha

The EBU organisation received so many complaints from the other countries and contestant, that they sacrificed Joost and made the victim the agressor.
