The coolest thing about Lil Kim that I always loved is that as legendary and successful as she is, you can tell she had the sweetest, most humble, and at times even shy personality. It's amazing that even at her peak, she never gave off the vibe that she was better than others. She always came off so genuinely nice and gracious of all of her success. Which is why she is STILL so incredibly respected in the industry. I just adore this woman, shes such an inspiration to me.❤

She needs a documentary or a movie. She will always be an icon to me.

GREAT VIDEO and I haven’t even watched it yet!! Good to see some real homage and respect given to Lil’ Kim. KIM is just amazing and horribly disrespected and not given her proper credits .... so thank you for this! I remember seeing all these looks for the first time when originally worn and many still give goosebumps..She really was ahead of her time considering many of the looks remain current and fresh looking. But the best thing about KIM is she is a beast in the studio and actually has given us timeless hits as well as looks. She will forever be respected on both levels. None of the current female rappers can deny taking a page from the Lil' Kim playbook and that's just facts .So thanks again for such a wonderfully put together retrospective on this awesome human.
