The way you deliver some of your lines like at 12:10-12:18 sounds exactly like something Matt would say. Great job, I am loving Chess Month! My only complaint is that you've gotten me very interested in the game and it's not the easiest to come by!

Personally, I don't really see the similarity to Carcasonne (maybe the Safari one), as it seems more like Cathedral or a combined-quilt Patchwork, however good review. I don't think you mentioned the victory and end game conditions? I'd also recommend you clarify in the title that this is Paris Cite de la Lumiere (2019) rather than the Paris (2020) game by Kiesling and Kramer.
Carcassone is euroish and crunchy with expansions...even juicy... Btw this game looks fun...you could maybe try "small islands"..a very under the radar tile placing game...

@@MWA35 orange is all good, but the other 2 (blue and purple?) are not easy to distinguish (for my colourblind eyes anyway)
