    Unless I missed it, you forgot to mention which components can actually be qc powered: pistons, sticky pistons, droppers and dispensers.

    But but.. Why do observers break this rule? They can diagonally power pistons without any blocks in between them.

      observers are not the block that is getting powered. Observers are powering the block next to the observer at the output
