There is going to be a slight delay. I had to order a new short block. I will be at least 4 weeks before it is ready to pick up in South Carolina.

Looking forward to watching the EFI portion of this build. I have a 72 and put a 383 stroker in it last year, but am looking at maybe doing EFI.

Great video, and thanks for pointing out the missing information about the pushrods. Since I am also thinking about this solution, so I watched quite some videos about it, and some of these videos, which are from "pro-builders", pointing out that the Holly Sniper don`t work well with a dual plane intake, unless you put on a quite high spacer, or take off some of the wall between the two ports on top of the intake. Have anyone else heard about this?. Looking forward to more videos.

From what I have read Holley recommends using a dual plane intake with the Sniper. I will have to double check that. Is there supposed to be a problem with the throttle plates hitting the top of the intake?

Mark... I'm really looking forward to the series of videos you are about to shoot on the installation of these components, since I have the same year Vette and engine. I assume that e-fuel pump will be mounted aft near the gas tank? Thx.

Thanks for the comments. I am planning on mounting the fuel pump on the frame as close to the tank as possible for now. If it doesn't work well, I will install an in-tank pump. Holley sells a nice setup for that.
