Does anyone know what core board Gray uses? I've been trying to find the specific one from Gray's Body In Balance book (with the four legs at the bottom), but so far all I can find are ones with the ball at the bottom. Any help with this would be so awesome!!
…it was funny for me to see this tonight ..same ting I just taught my wife, trying to get her to work out with me(I need help/morivation)… but this is what I do as well, almost to the tee and it works great for me….
