I cried when you cried both times. LOL. There is nothing like the joy that pours out of the eyes from strong childhood memories. I have cried like that every time I have seen the DW castle. It just takes me back to my first trip at 9, when everything in life was great.
I haven’t been to TDL since 2002, and I was able to go with the weeknight pass on Thursday with my mom 😊 I waited 95 minutes in the cold for the beauty and the beast ride and it was so beautiful I cried LOL. It was so worth it!!!
So fun to see the country bears Christmas show again. I remember when Disneyland had this show and also the summer camp version before giving them the boot. When I moved to FL I was so happy to see them here at wdw. ❤🐻❤🎄❤🐻❤

Suzy and Pearla (the mice from Cinderella) DO meet at Disneyland! You can often find them at the character breakfast at Plaza Inn. We saw them on our trip a month ago, and friends of ours saw them this past summer. 🙂 They may not always be there, but that’s the best place to find them.
@ I can honestly say, you aren’t missing much by not having eaten there. We only did it because we have littles and there are a good number of characters who rotate through (I believe we saw 9! when we did it) But I felt the food was mid, especially when you consider all the other, better options Disneyland offers.
I was at Tokyo Disney last week and saw everyone with Lil RingRing. I kept looking all over both parks for a plushie or other fun merch but all his good stuff was sold out! Lil RingRing is one popular character.

We LOVED all the Christmas decor and experiences at Tokyo Disneyland! So bummed we missed you guys! Little Ring-Ring merch and Christmas ears were all gone by our visit on Nov 28th 😢😢😢 He is SO cute! We managed to snag the little candy holder at Refreshment corner though. We missed Splash Mountain, thanks for including it in your vid! Tokyo Disneyland Resort is so extra magical during the Christmas season, we were very lucky to experience it too! Can’t wait for the Disney Sea vlogs! ❤❤❤ Arlene

I love the videos. I really wish Splash Mountain was based on something less controversial so that a term like "say what you will about the source material" wouldn't hurt the heart so much! I am glad you two got to enjoy Tokyo Disney again. I love being inspired to visit.
I remember when they first announced that they were building Splash Mountain (I’m old) and I didn’t understand even then why they would base it on such a problematic movie. They could have chosen anything else.

The fact that they would base it off of a film that doesn't even exist in syndication with an apologetic disclaimer lets me know it should have been buried in 1989. The Xmas tree in World Bazaar, the Haunted Mansion with the Nightmare Before Christmas over lay, the special treats and merchandise. Nothing beats any of that. I don’t know if you guys know but if you want a popcorn bucket but not that flavour, you can ask the staff member. They will give you the bucket and a voucher for popcorn at a different stall.

It's amazing to see how all the Christmas drinks and foods have come along at Tokyo DL! I remember my first time going there for Christmas in '97, my wife and I got 'Hot Sweet Milk.' It sounds funny and is exactly what you get, but it was good!

We just got back from Japan on thanksgiving and did Tokyo Disneyland on the Tuesday before we left. I really liked their beauty and the beast themed area. The ride was fun too! Thanks for explaining lil’ ring ring. I was confused when I saw it in the description of some of the restaurant souvenirs.
What a parade!!! That made me cry. You keep crying, Kitra. I've cried many times at Disneyland Paris. Side note: in one of the parades at DLP, all the floats stop at one point and the characters dance on stages before going back to their floats. It's a little similar to when the parade stopped in front of you both in this video.
@@OrdinaryAdventures I think one of Tokyo Disney's first parade stops were introduced with their previous nighttime parade Fantillusion all the way back in '95 (which then went to DLP). If you haven't yet seen the footage from the Tokyo ver of that parade, it's absolutely epic and blows away all nighttime parades imo!
I remember going to Tokyo Disneyland on June 15th and I saw Suzy, Perla, Pinocchio, Gideon, Peter Pan, Mr Incredible, Max Goof, Stitch, Sorcerer Mickey at the Mickey House in Toontown, etc! It was very fun

We just got back from Japan on thanksgiving and did Tokyo Disneyland on the Tuesday before we left. I really liked their beauty and the beast themed area. The ride was fun too! Thanks for explaining lil’ ring ring. I was confused when I saw it in the description of some of the restaurant souvenirs.

What a parade!!! That made me cry. You keep crying, Kitra. I've cried many times at Disneyland Paris.
Side note: in one of the parades at DLP, all the floats stop at one point and the characters dance on stages before going back to their floats. It's a little similar to when the parade stopped in front of you both in this video.

@@OrdinaryAdventures I think one of Tokyo Disney's first parade stops were introduced with their previous nighttime parade Fantillusion all the way back in '95 (which then went to DLP). If you haven't yet seen the footage from the Tokyo ver of that parade, it's absolutely epic and blows away all nighttime parades imo!
I remember going to Tokyo Disneyland on June 15th and I saw Suzy, Perla, Pinocchio, Gideon, Peter Pan, Mr Incredible, Max Goof, Stitch, Sorcerer Mickey at the Mickey House in Toontown, etc! It was very fun

Love these Tokyo Disneyland videos of yours ❤ was such a cute video. I heard the splash mountain has been designed to evenly distribute the weight so it doesn’t get too front heavy and thus helps to minimize the drenching

Neither TDR nor DisneySea are owned by Disney. That’s why everything is of better quality. If they were Disney parks, they’d be in the same sad condition as DLR and WDW.
