I was wondering if you were going to use sponge to make a sponge cake slice. They look so cute! You could make a really cute strawberry shortcake I'm sure just using the yellow sponges, white spackle, and putting a fake strawberry on top. I bet it would look cute with fake "chocolate sauce" drizzled on the top too! Thanks again for the fun ideas and awesome videos!
Dawn, love your videos. I took an orange sponge cut to shape. Then spread a line of paint down each side and smeared some on top and bottom. Then I put it down in a baggie and smushed it around for a minute. Pulled it out and it looked pretty good. Just had a little touch up in the deepest holes. Done! Didn’t need a second coat! So excited to put it together! Just thought you might like a speedy way of painting your sponges.
Another amazing craft! I also love your shed so much the way the little birds fly around outside your window. I could sit there all day watching them, how do you get anything done! xxx

Just a little sugestion, if you put the paint on a plastic plate and dab the sponge in to it ime sure it would be quicker and give you the coverage in those holes!!😘... Asides that your work is absolutely amazing 🕊💕🙏❤🇬🇧

I saw this video while I was in the hospital for seven weeks two years ago. I remember thinking I'll make this when I get the function of my hands again. I made my own ornaments for various Christmas themes. I'm finally able to do some crafts again. It takes a long time but I'm doing it. And I love how my cakes came out.

The candle isn’t permanent stuck in the holder so it doesn’t matter.LOL It’s hard to glue it in due to the wax!
