Okay so I made this TONIGHT and I haven't even served it to the whole family and I can already confirm its a hit. I had to stop myself from eating all the food before my family got home. The sauce is truly the star of the show for real. I made the mashed potatoes from the steak medallions video yesterday and everyone wanted them again tonight so I made a pot big enough to last awhile. Only things is the salmon was hard to get cooked all the way on the stove stop so next time Ill just bake it in the oven. But seriously this is something I'll write down and cook forever.
Toowoomba is my hometown in Australia. It’s 150 miles from the ocean - about the same distance as Death Valley is from LA. I should start an American-themed restaurant in Australia and serve Death Valley Salmon 😂
