- normal to dry skin = sun bum or altruist face fluid sunscreen I have acne prone oily sensitive skin, i can only use a cheap mineral sunscreen called nevada because chemical sunscreen break me out - To drink more water you will have to start by reduce the sugar intake, choose juices that have less sugar and you will start to gravitate towards drinking more water because the low sugar in the juice makes drinking water less disgusting (i don't know how to explain it😅) - workout at night = sleep at might - worrying or overthing = be shameless, theirs someone out there doing worse than you but is doing it with confidence - licking dry lips = apply aloe vera gel from the plant, it bitter so it can reduce this habit - not discipline = start by adding small things in your calendar without timer. Also it makes you glow up because you will develop a routine and stop doing things without thinking; waking up in the morning and stretching, extracurricular activity etc. Laziness makes your health worse a.k.a your appearance will get worse All of these are from experience, I'm also going to start a health journey so lets do this If my comment is annoying let me know and i would delete it😊
I wash my hair daily and frankly, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. I have tried to not wash my hair for longer, but after just one day, my hair gets greasy and I look like I just took a shower. I talked to my doctor about it he said that’s really nothing. I just have lots of oil. I tried perfecting it I used oils powders any hair product on the market but I just kind of came to a conclusion my hair just really looks better when I wash it every day there’s nothing wrong with it. I just have a Lotta oil. and I do not know about you, but I do not like the oily hair look and personally after I’m done, washing my hair and drying it, it’s super silky and very pretty so if you need to wash your hair every day, it’s not a bad thing 😊
the only reason you should comb/brush your hair when its wet is if you have curly hair. I have curly hair so I have to brush it wet but if you have moderately straight hair, brushing your hair wet could be very damaging.

(Sorry, i only wrote yes or no flrsome so i dont rememner what they were) I dont eat junk food, cause i eat organic, i excercise three days a week for three hours each day, i dont drink alcohol, (im 15 though) and i eat organic, so very rarley any soda, i dont strain my eyes to watch tik tok, cause i dont have it, and thats all i remembrr😅
