The best video engineering advice I got for productions is: If you have one you have none. If you have two you have one. Three is true redundancy. I’d think about getting an extra used action camera and mounting it as a backup. Another good practice is if your camera can record and playback, record a 5 sec clip and play it back after reformatting your cards, and then start your main recording. This was a great video, glad it came across my feed! Definitely looking to do something like this soon.
