Realism & Neorealism - Presidential leadership would be limited by the anarchic international system and national interests.
Liberalism & Neoliberal Institutionalism - Presidents would have a significant impact on international relations through choices made and personality factors.
Radicalism - Regardless of anything, presidential diplomatic action would be permanently limited by the system and by the international capitalist elite.
Constructivism - Presidents would shape popular understanding and incorporation of events and processes.
