Great question! Biden has in some ways tried to reverse Trump's path (for example, seeking to restore US leadership in various international organizations). But in other areas (for example, trade with China), he has continued Trump's policies. Thanks for the question!

My interpretation of the Obama Doctrine was always that it was an attempt to move back in the direction of Clinton while still handling the conflicts from the W. Bush years.
