Episode Idea: a motor deep dive. As someone headed toward L1 with no near by club, it is really hard to start figuring out how to choose. I'm wanting to do a lot of mid-power stuff so maybe I want to buy hardware for reloads? But what? And if I'm going to buy for L1, do I want a case? What size? Would I choose something different if it was a LOC IV, or a Sumo, or a Goblin? How do these things sort out? Cases, single use, impulse, rockets? I'm sure it makes sense if you've been through it. You guys are car guys, you get it, some engine only in some cars in some years... What if I want to take a LOC IV all the way through L2?
Great motors, just wish the casings weren't so expensive. G80 is great because it's the biggest you can go without a cert. If the well truly runs dry, bring me in. I have many ideas but no money to pay for them :)
