I added the thrust vectors to my new 2023 222SD. It really helps a lot, even when I use the Drive system. I am able to back my boat off my trailer nice and straight and drive my boat up onto the trailer with ease. Highly recommend them, even if you have the Drive system like I do.
Can confirm the customer service. I ordered some stuff this spring and even got a phone call from the office to make sure I got what I needed. Will be ordering from them again!
Thrust Vector has more surface area in the laminar flow area beneath the jet nozzle which enables it to produce the most control of any steering enhancement. Also the Thrust Vector flips up at high speeds so it does not add heaviness in the steering wheel.
Will would thrust vectors be good with the 222SD sport boat? I always see a lot of modification you do on center console boats. How would lateral thrusters interact with the DRIVE system? Is it worth ?
@davepeters8241 we found that adding Thrust Vector and Lateral Thruster to our 222XD give us alot more control in no wake zones and in reverse, especially when we use split throttles.
Are you referring to the Lucky 13 cones? We're working on a collaboration with Riva Motorsports and may be able to get the same or better from them. Hopefully that happens soon.
We have a 2024 222 FSH Sport E. Yes I have noticed low speed the boat likes to wonder and not track straight, will the Thrust Vectors help with straight line tracking?
I have the exact boat as your 2024 FSH255H. Do you have a product/solution for our boat? I would be concerned that it would interfere with the Helmmaster.
The center rudder does not come on Helm Master equipped FSH models, which you'll hear me reger to in the video. The goal was to show what a steering enhanced boat can do compared to a boat without steering enhancements. Up through 2014 Yamaha boats did not come with a rudder at all. Also it's important to note that with Thrust Vector installed the control and responsiveness is superior to boats with the Articulating Keel as well.
Adding to my 2024 195s and it made a world of difference loading and getting in tight places safely.
@markmartin8953 glad to hear it! Thanks for the feedback!

Purchased these last summer with the lateral thruster for my Yamaha 212s. Such a difference!
Awesome so glad to hear this feedback
It blows my mind they don’t install them at the factory. Most important purchase for a jet boat.
Totally agree why Yamaha still dont buy this to JBP or Cobra
Just installed mine Saturday. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!
Thank you for the feedback! Enjoy!
Got them on my new 2024 252ES and love them handling and docking is much easier.
Awesome thanks for the feedback! Enjoy!
I can second the Thrust Vectors! They're awesome.
Thanks for the feedback!
Best purchase I ever made😁 let me add jet boat pilates customer service is excellent and install was very easy so my hubby says lol
Awesome thank you for the feedback! Glad to hear you're enjoying yours!

Excellent video Will!
I enjoy watching you.
Day 42. 1.9 engine review request 😅
Currently have cobra jet fins and now I feel like I need to try the thrust vectors to know if I made a bad decision 😅

@@JetBoatPilot awesome looking forward to it ..252fsh
I have a 2024 275SD . Do yall make them for this model yet ?

Yes you'll spend less time thinking about steering and more time enjoying your boat trip!

No unfortunately we don't for Helm Master boats. Sorry about that.
Will you be making these for the Switch?
We don't have plans for it at the moment but if demand is there we may.
@@JetBoatPilot maybe do a poll on your channel? I’d buy it.
Kind of a deceiving comparison as you’ve taken off the center Rudder on the boat will is driving which comes stock.
