CAn't believe you landed a bull on a jig,that was crazy! Ι have caught a couple of these scorpion fish with my hands underwater and got them on video.Their poisson is not as strong as the lionfish poisson. Great vid,really made the last 16min of my isolation better!
This is also why when stung by a lion fish it’s much less likely to be severe. The only way lionfish are considered more dangerous is because the live in large groups

Here i am, a dutch youngman who used to love fishing with his buddy, a whole week of planning how to get new rods, and the right bait/gear with our moms. Biking 6+ kms on a spring day with 2 rods in our hands, towards a nice pond in a forested area.. Being a threat to basically everyone on the road, especially the fellow bikers. Damn i need to fish again. this is just fantastic and makes my heart pound. Felt like I was a part of this fishing tour pff! If only there was a way to cheat life, and just experience this adrenaline in real life!!
I really enjoy how much respect they show for each catch they get. Even will go out of the way to make sure the small fish end up in the water without hitting the log, and in a way as to minimize the impact of it landing in water. It's small details like this where you can tell what kind of person someone is. =)
I like that you clip the hook and not the leader. That has to be way easier on the shark. I imagine it would slip out sooner than it would take to rust out. Nice work!

I think he kept the scorpion fish cause they might be invasive so he gets a bounty or simply just does it because he knows they can affect the ecosystem
Dad moment: I know you love the ocean so hear me out.. A big fish on a light rod gets you more views, but AJ's have worms, and the life cycle of those worms depends on the fish being eaten by a shark. When you go out and feed a bunch of AJ's to the sharks, you just made the area even more wormy for the rest of us. Every time you break one off because your tackle was too light, you're polluting the wreck with fishing line. If it were just you, that would be one thing, but you're showing this to millions of people who are inspired by what you do. Maybe you could consider using tackle heavy enough for the job, or moving if there are too many sharks.. i.e. show things that help the ocean that you love!
