Jimmy Oakes channel has been hands down the most inspirational channel for me while I've been building my turbo ek civic! Most guys just go out and buy whatever aftermarket parts are made specific to their cars and just put everything together like legos, but Jimmy and the boys are so good at troubleshooting they can make anything work, and this car is proof!
I watched nissonda be built from start to finish this montage did it no justice on how much work you and bhall put in loved every video of this build #1 TH-camr in my opinion

All the measureing, the cleaning, the restauration, the prepping of the car and the engine(s); the amount of metalwork on body, subframes, suspension parts; the wireing, the setbacks by unexpected failure of components and the overcoming of all that again and again. Following this project from the beggining, only now in hinsight, with all the things not shown in this ten minutes video, I realize what an huge achievement this is. These dudes just build a whole car in a few month. A pretty clean one. Thank you Jimmy for sharing the whole process with us! Truely amazing.
This build was insane. Really shows what B and Jimmy are capable of. I want to see a sema build. A true, in depth, 100% clean build, set a new standard for sema, cuz these creators have been showing up with unfinished, mismatched shades of paint, chipped ass carbon fiber, garbage. Edit: I couldn't do any better. But I don't get paid to show off products on my custom show build. So I dont wanna hear any 12 year old bullshit.

Not going to lie this is hands down one of the best builds I’ve seen on TH-cam and at the track. No joke seeing you progress at lock city in person has been inspiring. I’ve been working on making my 300zx into a drift build and you’ve been inspiring me to actually get into drifting and watching from back in the day with you tossing the v8 in the red Z has helped me progress with v8 swapping mine to. Thanks for the great content and keep up with all the good work.
Every car youtuber has done this video with one of their builds by now but this one is by far my favorite. It's not just slapping a bunch of parts together. It's almost purely fab work and it came out amazing
This is nuts. People should do this and make it a company. (Probably already exists but I’ve never heard of it) Take civics, rebuild them rwd, turbo charge em, sick paint job. I guarantee young kids with some money to blow but have no car experience would buy these things in a heart beat

i had one of the first swaps back in merced ca in 1999. a 89 hatch with a 93 integra ls motor. it ripped pretty good. but all i can say about this build is WOW. amazing

The civic is such a beautiful car, one of the nicest honda ever built, and when they made it a front wheel drive, they did not do it justice. But you guys have done such a nice job!!!
@Dan Trebune couldn't get a good one. every one of them was chooched. he just wanted a decent stock bottom end to have while he was waiting on parts for the built motor
