I can't tell you how much I really enjoyed watching this build from start to finish. In my personal opinion probably one of the best cars Throtl has ever built.🔥🔥🔥
This is one of my fav builds too. I was watching a while back waiting anxiously for it to finish but got sidetracked by work and forgot about. Mainly because I'm into hatches for functionality - so this is personal. Nice to see it completed.
Love the early japanese sports cars , hot hatched ( hatch backs ) and super cars, love their designs etc.. Keep on building, hats off

Beautiful build, and something many I'm sure have dreamt up wondering what all goes into shoehorning the AP1 drivetrain into your mid 90's Civic/Integra platform.. With all that said, i can see why the AWD route is more mainstream with kits available now from outfits such as S1, HubCity, etc given less cutting from front to back to make power to the rears possible.
Edit* would love to see V2 with a twin-turbo J32

Cool vid, but a real shame you guys didn’t show anything regarding the rear diff/suspension arrangement as that was one of the bits I was most interested in!
Look for the individual episodes of the build, they really talk about that and bring some other dudes to help

Honda Civic Hatchbacks are my favorites. They were used in Initial D!
hv the same ek hatch but fwd ultimate base model. no power options, no power steering, not even a radio. the thing is i also bought a 2003 crv awd yesterday. k24 bc i wanna be one of those married couples who got alot of kids that wont fit a small popeyes chicken joint.
Damn it look's so good and I'm only 14 yo and I love cars especially Japanese. Keep it up guy's.

Hope to see a Nissan Sentra b13 sr20 build in your garage since ya'll guys been building 90s cars. My first car here in the Philippines is a Nissan Sentra b12 with a cd17 diesel engine. But i can't afford to restore it or modify it so i ended up selling it. Now i'm back to my scooter. Hipe you guys notice this one.
Absolutely lovely car. I much prefer these small, lightweight cars over the big monster single turbo monsters that are basically underivable lag machines. I would love you to build the ultimate lightweight track monster with trick suspension etc.

U didnt explain what car the transmission came from. S2000? And the adaptor to fit the k20. This is the most critical when modding fwd to rwd.

so have we got the same engine and Big Turbo power but with all the extra wieght of bigger gearbox prop back axle and all the extra steel to mount it all whats the power to wieght ratio ? p.s. why is the doors a diffrent colour ? a wrap ! ah

❤❤❤ holy hell. That is one awesome piece of engineering. What a car. So cool. Dreamnt of doing this ever since seeing the s2k swapped rwd civic eg hatch in Honda tuning back in like 2008. These days after having owned a j35 equipped vehicle I dream of someday somehow making the torsion bar front rear beam axle crx si j to LSD beemer zf transmission rwd. I own a 85 crx si purchased on my birthday in October for 500$ +175 for the tow to have it delivered to my home in Clarksville from Whitehouse tn realistically I think being I've never done an engine swap or anything close to it a k20 swap fwd i will do first. If eatth hasn't been destroyed a few years from now jswap madness will transpire
