A fight with nearly 70 faction battleships. The Not Found. faction fleet is a tribute to the departing player, Viperkiller, one of the leading lights of the French Eve community.

What a great video, I wish all eve battle vids were of this caliber. As for Killerviper , he seems like a great dude who obviously captured the hearts and minds of his french brethren. I wish him all the best in life.
Mad props to Agent Xer0 at 6:40 for those relentlessly perfect triage reps. That was an immensely tense point in the fight, and a job well done taking the weight of the entire fight on your shoulders and F1F2F3 fingers.

You do have direct control, double click somewhere in space and your shop goes that way...
I don't fly logi but it think thats actually pretty important for them, the "anchor" ( the guy all the other logiships orbit ) manually pilots, to stay in range of all the combatships and at the same time try to get into positions were the enemy has to move into worse positions to attack the logis.

And as the guy above you pointed out, in small engagements its useful to maximize dmg output if the enemy is just orbiting you.
Pala is like a mix between a Napoc and a Vindi 2 ships used by RnK , DnD , Fate or other good Lowsec pvp groups. It has the ranged damage of a napoc with scorch and the 90% webs also the little bonus from the extra resist profile is good. Another thing is the spare highs which can be use for neuts and smartbombs to catch them eastereggs of cap pilots.

I was FC'ing a small roam for my corp, you may have seen a brutix a cane and a rifter come into system, crap themselves and run the hell away. Never saw the fight, just the ships in D-scan O_O
@Liammcgowan I suppose you would know. Perhaps they weren't perfect, but against that kind of dps I'm still bloody impressed.

If it was a fleet warp it wouldnt have been a problem
To be fair, R&K missed them at the gate and archon was still in warp to station and on comms R&K mentioned something about they are on the undock...at range etc etc... Didnt exactly sound like anything was happening when agent was coming out of warp. Should of done a fleet warp, would of arrived in time to rep. Shit happens lol

False. You do have direct control of your ships and can point it in any direction. You can even control your speed at any level.

You can expect them to be faction fit. Wormhole payers are not highsec slaves, they make money like Ice Cube or Snoop Dogg, y'know.

the game has changed now (just for any newer players who happen upon this video)
FAXs are now the new logistics capital and Carriers are now 100% DPS ships.
Back in these days carriers could do damage and fit rep + Triage, although triage carriers would not do damage while in triage and are not fit for damage.
Are these ships faction FITTED? Or just faction hulls!
From the Rooks and Kings side yes our ships were faction fit. But can't answer from the other side.

And this is how many people in eve play. The type of player that expects the engine to do everything for them and acts only on what is readily apparent.. There is another way to play and fly pvp in the Eve Universe... where you have transversal and target velocity brackets up on your overview. Monitoring that and taking advantage of a lower sig (as one example) to cut the edge on your opponent.. thus explaining why one T1 cruiser T2 fit can take out a (or) multiple battleships solo.
