    just bought this kit yesterday and it got delivered today. I'm using it monday on my first cable routing job ever on my new Poseidon Norton frame. i especially like the fitting that screws into the hydraulic hose, hopefully this will allow me to route the hose without having to bleed my brakes. It's great kit for only $17.00 especially compared to the Park Tool kit which costs $75.00 and does the exact same thing.

      I believe he snagged them off of Amazon. They came with a few other parts from there when he sent them to me.

    A piece of paper towel, toilet paper, or shop rag between the magnet and frame should keep any micro scratches from popping up.

    • @chickensendies
      @chickensendies  ปีที่แล้ว

    I have the first kit Park Tool internal routing released. I neededbit for the crappy 2014 Trek Fuel EX. The price was super high. Bu tmy current bike has external routing apart from dropper but did not need the kit for that. But nice to have if others have an issue. Bu love external routing. I guess the kit from Risk is cheaper than Parktool.

    • @chickensendies
      @chickensendies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is definitely quite a bit cheaper. I'd like to compare the two honestly.... Time will tell lol

    So the last budget internal cable routing frame I did I use some real thin bare wire and put a hook on the end of it and I hooked it with a wheel spoke through the hole. Looks like that was a lot easier!

    • @chickensendies
      @chickensendies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Once again Mr. Sendies has a video of exactly what im needing! Im thinking of getting a set of Zoom Brakes and was wondering what all i would need for the install? I already had the cable cutting and pressing tool ready for purchase as well as a bleed kit, spare barbs and olives it needs and i just got the cable routing tool ready for purchase too. Was wondering if im missing anything for the install? 🤔🧐 thanks in advance!
