      Thank you for noticing.! Yes, you have to tune in otherwise you aren't "accessing the file" and you won't clear it.

    I’ve been tapping for 20 years. I like all of your taps. However, this time I had a strong aversion towards the 4 sentences that had to do with feeling guilty and forgiving myself. I was not at fault, I was a child, why is there anything I would forgive myself for? It just didn’t seem right as it took me years to move past guilt and shame.

    I do this 3-4 times at times…
    Most of the time I just fell asleep. My shoulder droop and I go off to deep sleep

      Yes. Keep tapping. Breakups take a bit of time because the emotions involved are very intense and very strong. Repeat this many times and it will grow softer and more distant

      Yes, it's a normal response. it triggers a physiological response - the Co2 levels, the brain and the heart all change gear.

    I don't know what it's about, since one year ago I have been a gut health and I start being in my mind a lot of anxiety, jealous, strong emotions come up. When I'm in my head thinking about a random things but mostly is about negative things, my body feel at that moment not really painful and when I start to pay attention to my body and feel some emotions, I feel so much pain and my body become so sick and when I'm focus on writing I'm mostly writing it wrong, my mind and my body are not aligned.but when I'm focus listening while writing, I'm write it all correct, I don't know I think when I'm focus on one things that's things are wrong, I think it's because of energy that full of trauma and negative so it's manifest into this one? I would like to have some advice from u!

    I’m from Doctor to doctor they don’t know what is the root causing me this problem! I hope I will be healed soon from de gestion because I have Constipation and sit normal comfortably without pain and pressure around my muscles buttocks and rectum and anus ! Any advice please I appreciate it 🙏🏻😢

      I mainly look at the psycho-emotional aspect. The concept is that feelings of anger, worry, fear get "stuck" in the body and mess with the organs and bodies function. It's not a "physical" problem as such. If you can release the emotions and tensions from the body, the body tends to heal itself and everything comes into balance. Does that make sense?
