    This is great! Thanks very much!I've been applying your tapping statements and affirmations from another one of your videos (meant to apply to any problem) for my insomnia, but I'll definitely try this one too. I really like the double sided approach. It seems to work faster. Your method of EFT has been improving my sleep from poor to getting better😊
    Though I have been doing tapping earlier in the day, rather than at bedtime, because doing the tapping routine seems to get my thoughts going on other issues, which does not help winding down. For me, though, overall it reduces my anxiety levels, so at bedtime I'm more conducive for sleep.
    I will try the tapping specifically for sleep at bedtime and see how it goes🙄 Thanks again😃

    This helps. My daughter (teen) is struggling right now, which means I’m struggling. My nervous system is shot. I tried this and felt my body relax - I went from an 8 on the scale to a 4 or 5. Thank you so much for this.

    I have just been using your videos in You Tube. I would like to use your app. But right now I cannot buy the app. If I download it do you have some videos free ?
    Do you have more videos about anxiety and insomnia? I suffer a lot of anxiety for 40 years. My quality of life is very bad some days. Thanks a lot.

      There are over 30 meditations available on the basic/free version of the app that you can try without upgrading. :)

      Hi ..I am leaving a comment here also as when I downloaded the app it shows , a limited free trial of 14 days . I am assuming this is what you meant in your reply to the comment here , when you said , there are over 30 meditations available on the free version , and can upgrade later if they prove to be beneficial ??? But there is no free version , it would have been clearer to say , there is a limited free period & you can then choose from 2 different option payment plans ....I hope you will see this & be able to clarify 🌹

    Are you suppose to tap 3 times on the karate chop bf moving to the eyebrow? Also after the collarbone shouldn’t you do the side under the arm bf tapping on the top of the head? 😅

      Tapping is very versatile and so some shortened meditations may move a little faster than normal. However, they can still be beneficial. :)
