In all I have read since Mr Cummings’ passing, no-one has mentioned that Mr Cummings went home to his constituency not just when the House was on leave. Not just at weekends. Mr Cummings went home to his people every day. He didn’t fall prey to the isolation of his office or to DC politics. He never forgot for whom he fought, whilst also recognising that a rising tide lifts all boats. He knew the best way to lift his peoples boats was not to stand on the necks of others, but to rise the tide by giving all boats the equality of opportunity promised in your nations Dream. I’m sorry for what our cousins across the pond have lost as a nation and have been surprised by the depth of my own sorrow Mr Cummings passing has aroused in my soul. America has lost a man who at least from afar, seemed to be a guardian of your nations conscience.

In all I have read since Mr Cummings’ passing, no-one has mentioned that Mr Cummings went home to his constituency not just when the House was on leave. Not just at weekends. Mr Cummings went home to his people every day. He didn’t fall prey to the isolation of his office or to DC politics. He never forgot for whom he fought, whilst also recognising that a rising tide lifts all boats. He knew the best way to lift his peoples boats was not to stand on the necks of others, but to rise the tide by giving all boats the equality of opportunity promised in your nations Dream. I’m sorry for what our cousins across the pond have lost as a nation and have been surprised by the depth of my own sorrow Mr Cummings passing has aroused in my soul. America has lost a man who at least from afar, seemed to be a guardian of your nations conscience.

The affordable heath care act was great the way it was originally created until the Republican Congress and Senate got a hold of it. They are for big corruptions not the people. I have a friend that has paid $10k in five years at work to Aetna, while having a $4000 deductible. So, she's paying for a service and not receiving that service. Aetna takes her money, but doesn't pay anything in return. It is theft plain and simple. If it were up to the Republicans, Americans wouldn't have anything.
