    To clear everything in ultra beat
    1. Open ultrabeat
    2. go to drum kits from the menu at the top
    3. then click on Drag and Drop samples
    Everything should be cleared

    You are the best man everything is clear and easy to understand thanks a lots .Im a producer with more then 25 years of experience ,I ve decided to move to logic with just this video alone I can do more then cubase ,protools etc... once again thank you

      Fantastic! Good to have another long time producer aboard. Yes Logic is so much more “logical “ to me than Cubase. I’ve got access to pretty much all of the big DAWs out there but I just can’t find a smoother workflow than Logic. Thanks for your kind words as well bro. Peace 🙏🏾

    Maybe I don't get something but how is that be that it's so complicated and long road from installing Logic to making first instrumental. I mean when I was using FL i could work with drum samples straight from my pc, but logic requires so many unnecessary moves to add them to sampler

    • @MTTC
      @MTTC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You do make a good point. In the latest version of Logic inserting drum samples is a lot simpler than before. Cheers😀

    If you go to drum kits at the top and select the drag and drop samples in the library it should leave them empty, nice video man!

    Love the background. Dr. Duce check out Drop & Drag Samples in the Factory presets. It gives you an empty Ultrabeat (to drop or drag your samples, or UB's other samples)

    Hey man, great video but please HELP ME! XD You will save my uni assignment due for Sunday XD
    So you have multiple samples and have edited them separately in the edit window. Afterwards you apply the modulation and effects right? Do these steps automatically apply to ALL your samples in source A? Or can you change the modulation and effects for each individual sample? All my sources are on source A like yours. It's just for some samples I might want slightly different effects you know? Hope you understand the question.
    Thanks!
    P.S PLEASE HELP ME XD

    • @MTTC
      @MTTC  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there. Hopefully I’m not too late in replying to your message. You can definitely apply independent effects and processing on all of the samples in your drum machine designer kit. All of the samples are routed to their own independent mixer channel strip. You will notice that they are all in a track stack which means you can insert plug-ins And adjust the EQ and compression of the kick drum completely independent to what you might choose to do with the hi hat or snare. Of course this depends on what version of logic you are using. I can’t remember what version I was running at the time of making that video however most certainly anything after version 10.3 had Full access to all of the tracks independently. Do shout me back if you need any further assistance on this. You can also email me at learn@musictechtraining.com. All the very best with your assignment. Cheers. 🎓

    hmm, I work alot with sidechain compression in electro, I saw "compressor" listed on the drum kit til you added a custom sound then it sorta vanished. How difficult is it to sidechain the kick in logic pro x?

    How do you make drum samples (like snare for example) “one shot” in Alchemy like you would in the EXS24? I don’t seem to be able to do it.
    Also I found in Alchemy if I zoom in like I normally would on my track pad I was able to make the whole thing larger (where you were referring to the inability to be able to zoom in Alchemy)

    • @MTTC
      @MTTC  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd say you are better off using drum samples rather than creating them. So much easier. you can download my Bodyblows drum sample pack for free here. musictechtraining.com/bodyblows/

      @beaurobinson8400 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MTTC nah i didn't mean 'making' a sample, i meant using an existing sample. Like i have tried making them one shot through so many different methods, but i have to hold the key down to hear the whole thing no matter what i do, whereas when i use EXS24 i can tap it and hear the whole thing.

    • @MTTC
