After struggling with liquid makeup for years I switched to mineral powders. Loved them but.. something was missing! I tried Studio Fix and there u go! Perfect! And stays on the whole day after a spritz of fix plus. Love! I use 3 shades for seamless contour and highlights. I am in my 70’s and it doesn’t settle in lines, look thick or mask like. I use a sponge and a brush for application. Standard liquid makes my skin look tired and thin and lacking. This builds me up and flawless. Thank you MAC and thank you for this video,
Thank you, that’s a great way to use Studio Fix Powder foundation-I’d never thought before to use it as contour and highlight. I’m off to get my shades!
I've been wearing this for ages! Ive tried others, more or less expensive ones but I always get back to this. I use both as a foundation or as setting powder.
I used to use it years ago and tried it out again since I saw it in Ulta. Its awesome and has replaced my liquid/ powder combo. Its full coverage and it feels and looks good on skin. Plus with the spray it helps seals it in. Glad I rediscovered it & back to MAC
I have been using studiofix for close to 20 years. Lightest shade, Diva lipstick, Vino lipliner, a little carbon around the eyes with winged liner. I never really switch it up. Creature of habit here.

Back in the mid/late 90’s I had to drive to Toronto to buy my beloved MAC SF PpF. I’ve tried others, they never worked out, and I always came back. Now I keep at least 2 spares ❤️
I wear it under the face mask and it can wear off only on the tip of the nose or chin so I only touch up these points of the face. It is my holly grail foundation in the summer or under the mask
@@srhnl7524 Well in a humid environment nothing is sweat proof. But it stays longer than liquid foundations and you can put it in your bag for touch ups. The package has got a sponge and a big mirror.
@@palakush7650 Both. A sponge for a fuller coverage and a brush for a light couverage. Don't be afraid of the sponge. The podwer when applied has got the effect of a liquid foundation, it melts on the skin.
I agree with this gentleman & young lady! I use both & I absolutely love them. These two MAC make-up product items are absolutely "Amazing" & It looks so " Natural, Polished & Beautiful"!! ❤️

I've tried so many brands over the years but studio fix powder in NC 41 NC 40 are my go to's since early 2000s...it just works.
Just brought my first MAC foundation and I’m in love♥️

That's good to know! I have been meaning to try it out. Would you say it's sweatproof as well?

Should I use the white sponge type? Or the make up brush she’s using?

Love this Demo. Which brush are you using for contouring in the Video?
So it's ok for drier skin?
How to you get it to stay put all day
mine smells bad idk why, is it expired?
It always looks patchy on me I apply it with a flat top kabuki
Then you probably didn't get the right color match.
If you don't already, prepping and priming your skin will help.
So she was all in to herself…🙄
LOL that's entire world today. Personally I just wanna cover up some issues, not make a whole new face😂
