I love Miracle Balm and wear it daily. It makes my skin look luminous and dewy at 71 years old.
Was it difficult to choose color? I'm so confused! Lol
I've worn make up for something like 45 years, and this is the only thing I've ever put on my face where every single person I meet says: wow you look fantastic! Never fails. (I tap Dusty Rose [fair-medium aging skin] on cheeks, nose, chin and forehead). Please offer individual sample sizes, Jones Road!
Amen to sample sizes!!! They can also be used for the airplane nazis at TSA!
This is nice. I love my Jones Roads products. But, I wish Bobbi would do full tutorial videos on each one of these ladies she shows us before and after of and not just little spot videos. Start to finish is what we want, including when to moisturize etc. 🙏💗
Great idea!! We'll be sure to pass it along. 💕
And you weren't paid to say this? Legally speaking...
The goal is to get you to buy this overpriced jar of junk. Wake up. She doesn't care as long as you buy something that you think is a miracle. Laughable.

I’m *so* happy that Bobbi didn’t abandon the product development space. Forever an innovator ❤️
I love jones road products. I live in the desert and it keeps my skin well moisturized. I also was in a rainy climate in the fall and winter and the best thing about this makeup is it didn't wash off in the rain. Very versatile. It's great for dry or older skin. I just wish they sold sample pots. I'd like to try all the colors, but 40 or more per pot is not in my budget.
Im almost 64, love how much better i look after applying these products. Gave up wearing makup a couple of years ago cause previous makeup made me look older, my whole life I never went out without full face of makeup.
Back wearing makeup again, thanks Bobbie!
Love it! Love Bobbi--she has been honest and awesome for decades now. The only artist I would take the time to watch for 10-minutes! :)
I love all of Jones Road products. I am Bobbi's age & I never looked younger or fresher.
Nice shades the tawny is my favorite , the eye shadow stays on longer. Does not feel or looks like caked on makeup. Natural and simple. At 55 yrs old it’s easy to apply. Thank you Bobbi !😊
I am in my sixties with dry dry skin..this is the most fabulous product!! I am in love with the blush colors and it looks like I have a healthy glow!
Dusty Rose is amazing on my fair Irish skin, it helps neutralise any yellow tones without making me look flushed💖
@ChristineInNornia Hi, would love to see a pic of yourself since I’m also fair-skinned and considering Dusty Rose. :0)
@@NativeNewYorkCityGir If you decide to get it, use very little. You can’t really see it going on, so don’t be tricked into using too much. You’ll be greasy.
At 54 and someone who has never liked makeup, I really like this product it does exactly what is advertised, it is simple to use it feels amazing and looks great.
Thanks for sharing!! So glad you love. 💕
Took me AGES to figure out how to use Miracle Balm! I am 69. Have dry skin. And some lines. I’ve used foundation my whole life until I hit mid 60s. Then it no longer worked. It made me look wore than my own skin. Bobbi says, if you’re over 50, you don’t want to use foundation. Foundation used to make me look better. Now it makes me look worse. Bobbi says, when you’re older, you just want to look BETTER. So, that’s the goal, to look better - and if foundation doesn’t do that, you have to figure out what does make you look better.
What I had to figure out first was that my skin was hugely dehydrated. Using Miracle Balm for the first time on my dehydrated skin was a 100% disaster. I used dusty rose all over and it looked terrible. It would dry down within 4 hours and look stale.
After figuring out my skin was dehydrated, I still kept trying tinted moisturizers and foundations and none of that worked. So, I tried Miracle Balm, again, and it’s fantastic. I apply it in the center of my face and going out a bit and on my chin a little and on my forehead a little. Then I apply blush. And it looks great!
When I want more of a cover up, I use WTF or Fenty Stick just on parts of my face that need a little cover - not the whole face. Also, I use concealer on spots and under my eyes - very carefully and sparingly. And that ends up being a totally fantastic look.
I’ve no idea why Bobbi just does not do an ENTIRE video on how to get this look. It would have saved all of us grief in figuring it all out and the company a lot of money for all products returned.
What did u do differently
Thanks for this! I’ve been wanting to buy, but have no clue how to apply any of it or in what order.
Thank you so much for this comment!! Miracle Balm isn't a product for me, but I love learning about makeup & I'm honestly kinda shocked by the lack of information provided? Like... If a product is innovative, that means it likely doesn't have a one-to-one comparison from which to draw conclusions on application. But I'm glad you found a way to make it work for you!! I hope more people see your comment.
@@Notturnoir It sounds like she began to make sure her skin was hydrated before using this product.
@@Notturnoir Wear moisturizer before applying Miracle Balm. And wear moisturizer that was very hydrating. I use Clinique 72 HR which is super hydrating. I didn’t know that there was a HUGE difference between being dry and being dehydrated. I wasn’t dry. I was dehydrated and it took a while to figure that out.
Also, in the beginning, I put Miracle Balm all over my face. Now I just put it in the center and a little out. I also don’t use it as a blush - it’s too shiny.
One day, I decided that makeup as I have always known it no longer looks good on me.
I would love to switch over to these products, but, I need full tutorials on how (when and where!) to properly apply them. I hope you guys see this, and Bobbi's whole line looks amazing! I wore Bobbi Brown almost exclusively in the '90s and 00's.
Please teach us "80's ladies" how to relearn how to apply color, thanks!
I watched some tutorials and played around with the products to figure out what works for me. I know the price point for experiments is high, but by messing around with Miracle Balm, What the Foundation, and the pencils, I found the pencils are too much in the day time, unlike the foundations of my youth WTF can go all over and only use less than a pea size for your full face, and tap and blend an even smaller amnt of Miracle balm-I only wear it high on my cheeks-its too shiny on the apples. Hope this helps.
I agree. Full tutorials would help a lot.
Thank you Bobbi!!! I needed this tutorial direct from you. It’s been nice seeing other influencers demo it but Bobbi is the Queen herself with the answers.
I have Miami Beach and Tawny. I love the peachy-coral of Miami Beach.
Miracle Balm is the perfect choice for a granola girl or busy mom.
Miracle bomb will not disappoint! Do you want to look younger with a beautifully natural dewy looking face? This is truly a miracle balm. It instantly transforms your skin into a younger appearance that’s feels as good as it looks!! You have got to try them!! I have 3 and about to order a fourth color. It’s an amazing product! ❤
I love Jones Road Miracle Balms especially love how clean it is! I have dry, medium skin and love using flushed for my everyday blush.
Love this! I have 3 colors: Tawny, Au Naturale, and Miami Beach. Tawny is my favorite. I use WTF in Light 💕
Great video! I think I’m on my way to owning every shade of Miracle Balm - absolutely love❤❤❤
Love MB - have 10 of the 12 colors - ai like it that much. Thank you for this tutorial !
I heart Miracle Balm. Especially love it on my lips...feels so good. A+
I wasn't sure about the Miracle Balm at first. The first color I got, Dusty Rose, ended up being too pale for my skin to show up as a cheek color. However, I started using it all over as a sort of primer and learned that it can make even my "dryest" foundation formulas usable again. I now have it in Au Naturel, Dusty Rose, Bronze, and Golden Hour. There truly is something magical about this formula. It smooths out my parched skin, fills in my pores and makes medium to full coverage foundations sit beautifully without settling or caking. I don't think it's an illusion, but I actually think my skin is healthier when I use Miracle Balm daily. Thank you, Bobbi. I'm curious about the JR skin care now! Shower has become my new signature scent! #Thriving50s
I love this video and yes hope she does more!
It was a little frustrating at first, but the parts I got right, I loved, so I kept learning and working with it. Now I don’t leave home without it. Whether it’s all 3, WTF Foundation in beige, MB in Dusty Rose as a highlighter and glow lift, and the blush in Flushed. I can use 1, 2, or all 3 depending on why I’m leaving the house lol. It’s innovative and different, but it’s also unique and beautiful and something for my mid 60s skin that nothing else does! And I feel beautiful wearing it!
THANK YOU!!!!!!!! This is just what I needed to know! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Glad it was helpful! ❤️
I was able to buy 4 trial sizes of Miracle Balm and love every single color!!! Bronze is my go-to every single day, it gives a healthy looking glow. Ended up buying regular size in Bronze, Au Natural, Flushed and Miami Beach. Use a little bit and build up to more color.
I love Miracle Balm, I have Bronze and Happy Hour, I will wear both or one even when Im not leaving the house, it feels so good and moisturizing. Thanks to Jones Road, when I do need to go into the office or run errands, its not a time sucking ordeal to rub some WTF on, a little more under my eyes for the darkness-I only use the face/eye pencils for nighttime looks-, miracle balm, eye liner, mascara, a tap of sparkle wash, a little brow pencil, and lip/cheek stain on my lips, and Im out the door in 10-15mins. I use my fingers, and since you need so little, Jones Road is more cost effective than other lines you have to spackle on. Finally a makeup line for women over 50 that just want to look like their face is having a good day, not pile on the product to try and look 25 again.
Love joes road ! This is a great tutorial !! Love descriptions of the colors !!! That’s what I Needed !!
And of course hearing exactly where to put it ! Please open a store in North Scottsdale Az. Kierland or the Quarter would be perfect .
I have been satisfied with these products. I use Tawny Miracle Balm, it literally looks like I am not wearing any makeup.
Ever think about selling your blush/bronzer compacts with empty trays and market it as travel miracle balm compact?
This video was super helpful but this remains unclear: to cut down the shine, when should the powder be applied. Here Bobbi says powder first, then miracle balm over the powder, but her team told me I can use powder over miracle balm. Now I'm lost.
I wish you showed on the same face: WTF, Miracle Balm (tint), Miracle Balm (as a blush). And last but not least: Miracle Balm as a bronzer VS the gel bronzer please!!!
Excellent video! I am very new to this line of makeup. I have ordered everything I think I need. However, a step-by-step video would be helpful showing in what order to use the products from beginning to end. I am 64 years young with dry skin. I did not purchase the finishing powder. I have grey hair and green eyes.
Thank you Bonnie xx
P.S. if anyone would be willing to share their step-by-step procedure, I would really appreciate it.
With thanks,
Jennifer from 🇨🇦
So glad you love! We truly appreciate your interest in a step-by-step tutorial and will be glad to pass it along. ✨
This is the video we needed when this product launched. 😂 Thank you!
Love Miracle Balm! Thanks so much, Bobbi. 🙏🪷
😊Omg. Love it❤❤❤
I love my Jones Road Beauty makeup, it was tricky finding the right shades for me. I used Clinique from 26 until 2020, I turn 69 this year. I’m blessed with my mother’s good skin, but I want to enhance it, JRB products have helped me, some didn’t work out, lip the eyelid shimmer gel bronzer in a tube with a wand, not right for me, I have learned the WTF is very thick, so I only need a few tiny dabs. I love my Miracle Balm, my new eye shadow and brushes.❤
I love that you introduced some mini sizes (not sure if these are permanent or limited edition). I wanted to try these products for so long but I wasn't ready to commit to a full size as this product is outside my comfort zone.
I am only in my early 30s but I have sjogrens and so there are times when my skin gets insanely, frustratingly dry. It makes me feel like I've aged 20 years over night. And my regular makeup go tos just will not work, and even make me look worse.
I am still experimenting with the minis I got, but I love the finish, it's like the life returned to my skin. Truly the only thing that is making me feel pretty during flare ups right now.
Please do a indepth like this for your foundation to help with discolored sun damaged skin
When do people layer their sunscreen? I put it on first after treatment products. Then I use the Miracle Balm.
I started out using too much. I am 40 yo I apply it with a brush high apples of my check and where my crows feet would be. I apply it on top of my foundation/bronzer/blush. Today a friend told me your make up looks really good. I’ve only had it a week and I’m gonna order another shade. I have golden hour.
I ordered one miracle balm and it was swimming in a large box. I feel that if you’re going to charge shipping, make boxes more suitable for each order and in turn we won’t have to pay so much. I also would have loved a few samples to try other colors. I do love this product - just would’ve been nice to have a few perks ie: cheaper/free shipping & samples.
I do enjoy these products. I wish you would tell us the shades you are choosing for the models. You are holding up 2 shades to the models, but not telling us which you choose and why. I also wish you would list the colors on pictures on your website. sometimes I'm looking at a model on the website, the models are made up so buetifully, cheeks lips eyes, but I don't know which products and colors in the looks I like.
This! I wish they listed all the product on all videos and the website. So hard when you can’t see them in person. This is their weakness
Agreed - it's kind of wild that Bobbi/her team have made this kind of oversight... I guess they just want consumers to use their shade matching tool on the website, or go to their store? They need to do a better job on educating their client base...
Thanks so much for this feedback! We truly appreciate it and will be sure to pass it along. ❤️
I have a blue underetone on my skin. Which product would you recommend? Sunkissed??? or Au Natural
It would be amazing to have a quad product option to try multiple shades and to use simultaneously
What a JOY to see YOU back teaching us how to use YOUR products❤.
I remember when you taught us how to your your original (8?) lipsticks when you launched your original line on Michigan Ave. [I was AT bendels]. This tutorial is perfect.
Bring to Australia, please!!
This product looks so great but I hate that you can’t test it before buying. It’s quite expensive for not being able to know which is the correct shade before purchasing. Also I’ve heard it smells and I can’t be sensitive to strong odors
How does Jones Road Miracle Balm work on oily / combination skin? Scratch that, you just answered my question. Apply the (non drying) Jones Road powder first and avoid applying Miracle Balm to the forehead, nose and chin. Be sparing with application until you figure out the appropriate quantity for your skin. Thanks Bobbi. Would you say the Miracle Balm formula is like a hybrid between NARS The Multiple and Stila Convertible Colour in terms of formula and texture?
Does it come in a tube to prevent bacteria? Also no shine/metal?
Fine tut, but you need to include how to use a brush with Miracle Balm (do you ever?) and what about foundation? Where do you use it, in layers with Miracle Balm first, then highlighter for cheeks? So I need Miracle Balm, Blush, face pencil?
I’m almost 64 and when I wore it to work, my 37-yr old co-worker had to know what I was wearing so she could run out and buy some! That’s some endorsement!
Which they would send out samples.
I would like an all-over tint and a blush. I am confused about the colors I need. Most people say I have a light olive color skin but I don't know if I have yellow or red in my skin.
Hi there! Please feel free to email a photo of yourself in natural light to hi@jonesroadbeauty.com and our team of makeup artists will help you out with tailored shade recommendations. Looking forward to hearing from you! Xx
I really like these products. They are sticky, but you get used to it.
Do they have a shade for olive undertones? Peaches and pinks don't look right on my skin.
I have olive undertones and have really been enjoying the Bronze. I also use Dusty Rose as a blush and on my eyes and lips.
Can you come out with a rich Fuschia shade?
Fabulous idea! We'd be happy to pass it along. 💕
❤
How is the return policy? Any samples? I just hate the waste involved with trying new makeup products and I really want to try this!
Doublecheck your order bc the website defaults the colors. Ask me how i know 😂 the product is good. I just can't do pink!
Hi there! We're happy to return items that don't work out for you within 30 days of purchase and offer exchanges within 45 days. However, we don't accept returns on Kits. ❤️
@@jonesroadbeauty thank you!
I’m somewhat new to Jones Road, but not Bobbi Brown. I have yet to try Miracle Balm though I have used WTF in light. How could I use it as a highlight or blush.
The Miracle Balm can be used as a highlighter, on the high points, the bridge of the nose and on top of blush! When using the Miracle Balm as blush, focus on the apples of the cheeks and lips. 💕
@@jonesroadbeauty Thank you.
I use WTF most days but some days I just use the miracle balm and not WTF. It just gives a glow and moisturizes my skin without feeling like Ive started my makeup routine. I have several colors of miracle balm so I also use a little over my WTF for cheeks, highlights etc.
@@cinful65 Thanks. I ordered the Pinched Cheeks which I will use as blush and on my lips over liner. My lips are very dry.
Do you put it on over your make up?
She just showed you! Right on clean skin, unless you have oily skin. In that case, it goes on over powder b
WTF Foundation balm is my favorite product because it makes me look so healthy and glowy. I have a couple miracle balms and they are lovely and easy to use.
Yay! We're so glad to hear that. Thanks so much for sharing! 🥰
Linda Belcher!
I have a ??? What if you haven’t worn Miracle balm for 5 months and it’s hard again do I have to break the seal again… how long before going bad… exp. Date
Thank You
Julie
The Miracle Balm has an opened shelf life of 18 months. You should only need to break the seal once! However, the balm should not feel harder than what you're used to. Please feel free to email hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with your email associated with your order and someone from our customer team will be glad to look into this for you. ❤️
This make up line is for DRY skin. This makes my skin so glowy
Can we use it after using foundation?
She makes a foundtion in this line so absolutely
I have been a Bobbi Brown fan for years.I was skeptical of Miracle Balm, but I trusted Bobbi since I have enjoyed most of her products. That was a mistake on my part. Miracle Balm seems to be very light tinted grease. I have tried a couple shades and I get the same poor results. I really feel like this product is scam. It is no different than the crappy Boom Sticks that were popular a decade ago. This is just my opinion. I hope others are having a better experience with MB than I am.
I had the same problem. Made my face look greasy! I tossed it!
I have insanely dry skin and this doesn't appeal to me either! It looks like vaseline.
It looks like Bobbi is just using Miracle Balm for cheeks and lips. Is that correct?
A few of our shades can be used all over, such as, Au Naturel, Dusty Rose, Bronze, Tawny and Sunkissed. We recommend using our blush and highlighter shades on cheeks and lips. Our blush shades are Flushed, Miami Beach, and Pinched Cheeks. Our highlighter shades are Magic Hour, Happy Hour and Golden Hour. We hope this helps! ✨
Can I buy this products in Europe..?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK - we’re working hard on expanding international shipping. If you sign up for our email list on the website, you’ll be the first to know when we ship to you. In the meantime, our products are also available at Liberty London and they have international shipping! ✨
Do they hide red spots on the face?
We recommend pairing our Face Pencil with the Miracle Balm for concealing red spots! The Face Pencil covers redness and dark spots, corrects discoloration, and lightens dark circles- while remaining virtually undetectable. Xx
a nanosecond to apply...?
Price comparison: RMS Beauty's Lip2Cheek is 0.17 oz and costs $36. Miracle Balm is 1.75 oz and costs $38. Also, the shelf life of MB once you break the seal is 18 mo., not 12 mo. If you're traveling, purchase a container that's no larger than 3.4 oz and transfer some product.
I apply the tint all over. Is this not correct?
A few of our shades can be worn all over! Au Naturel, Dusty Rose, Bronze, Tawny and Sunkissed are the best shades for an all over tint. ❤️
Thanks for your response. I use Tawny all over and Miami Beach high on my cheeks and temples for a blush as a daily routine. When I’m more dressed up I use WTF with the Miami Beach as my blush. I love the products as they give me a soft, dewy, luminous look. I did have an issue with the mascara on my first use… the tube broke. It was a mess. Then I was afraid to use it since I couldn’t seal it between uses so I had to throw it away. I have another but haven’t tried it yet. Not sure what happened but wanted you to be aware of a possible issue. Anyone who complains of it feeling sticky aren’t applying it correctly. I experimented and started with a small amount and learned how much to use. I don’t touch my face a lot but when I do I love the emollient feel as I know my skin is hydrated. Thanks, Bobbi Brown!
Where can you go in person to have someone help you with these and try them on? Tampa Florida
We have a Brick and Mortar in Montclair, NJ, Greenwich Village, NY, East Hampton, NY, Palm Beach, FL and Chicago, IL! 💕
It looks like it has shine and sparkle in it which is anathema to older skin. And why such large tubs? If you want them to buy multiple , make them small packable and inexpensive.
Please make them in sticks. Or a shaved balm. Dipping ur finger nails/ dirty brushes into the pot will make it go rancid faster. Decanting them is a great idea but then again it will create more waste. Or you can make them into those pods so that people can buy the other colors to refill.
This didn’t work for me. It has a weird smell and sat on top of my skin. Perhaps a trial size is the best way to test for oneself.
Why is it so sticky?? My hair sticks to my face. Environmental partials collect on my skin.
Help me love it. It seems to look greasy.
Hi there! The balm is a hybrid skin care and color product- it’s made from essential oils that are naturally quite emollient. How much you use and where is totally up to you-if you use too much, or have oily skin, the product may feel greasy. If that’s the case, only use it on the lips and cheeks as a blush. ❤️
I do like this but it’s not just as simple as a couple of dabs on the cheek.
How is this balm idea hygienic, your fingers are constantly in it
The little spatulas work
I would make sure my hands are clean before touching any makeup/facial products.
Gosh, it just irks me when people rub their lips together after applying lip product. Anyhoo, great product! I trust Bobbi Brown whole-heartedly! 🙂
Im a guy who’s never worn makeup in my life. I’m totally for wearing things that make you feel comfortable and confident. But am I the only person who feels like all this looks like is sparkling lotion? I can’t see any color change on the skin. Maybe if she used more than a sand grain of product on her finger, or maybe it just doesn’t translate thru the camera? These women are beautiful to begin with so of course they look fabulous with a little glitter on their cheeks. I could be wrong but it seems like super expensive moisturizer. I’m not into women having to wear makeup all the time either, but I’m sure you could find cheaper stuff.
I would believe these results if the models were wearing the same colors BEFORE and AFTER…
No you didn’t address the comments people are making! On every video people are saying that these are way too big. There needs to be a small size in every shade for testing if we like it and for travel. I would never use one of those huge things up in a year. It’s going to go rancid. You’re attracting non-makeup types with this product. We don’t put huge tubs of products on our faces. Also, are you not aware of the economy? We can’t spend that much either.
FWIW I was on the fence about getting this product for over six months because I could not choose a color. I finally opted for Dusty Rose and I LOVE it. About a month later I bought Bronze and Au Naturel as well. I use at least one everyday and I use it all over my face and neck. It has made my skin SO soft. Unfortunately, there’s no way a tub will last a year. I am half way through my Dusty Rose and it’s only been six weeks of use. I think a small sampler set would be good but I wouldn’t let that hold you back from trying it. They also travel really well.
She has addressed this before. The set-up charges and packaging costs in manufacturing don't make it any cheaper to put it in a smaller size. It's the best value for the money at this size. I have several that I bought over a year ago and they are still good.
Put it in a travel size container
@@kellytaylor6651how is more for your money bad? I’ve heard it all now
There’s only 1oz of product in there. Lmao that’s normal for a balm
I’ve waited eagerly for the return of the mini miracle balm, but refuse to purchase sets rather than choosing my own colors. 2 that I use are perfect. 2 are so so. I am boycotting these preset color choices and am terribly Disappointed.
I chose a set. 😉
I was so disappointed in this. I had high hopes bc the marketing is awesome.
This stuff was so sticky. I didn’t like it at all sadly :/
This is an ad, not a tutorial. Really need an actual tutorial - or tutorials for eack skin type. Please.
So bad I threw it out. First it smells horrible. Why do you need a fragrance? Then, I live in very HUMID Florida. Miracle Balm is a sticky, gooey hair attracting mess. The WTF is another joke of a product. Out it went. I have very good skin but this product enhances nothing. It’s like the Emperor’s New Clothes. It is another non setting, gooey, sticky product. I never recommend these products. These products were so disappointing I will never try anything else from your brand.
Totally! I threw mine out too. I bought dusty rose when it first came out. Smelled like wax candle, hard consistency like old fashioned pomade lol and was sticky. Waste of money
Why is your stuff so greasy?
Too much Coconut oil, as a makeup artist hair gets stuck etc.
My customers didnt like it.
They preferred RMS and Merrit
It looks like sticky vaseline with some very unnatural coloring in it. Influencers have called it sticky and repulsive. No matter how many ads you barrage us with, we ‘ain’t’ buying..
Oh please, Bobbie. Your Jones Road really misses the mark. No Matter how great the colors, when the product is sticky and medicinal smelling, no thank you. And the fact that you have to continuously promote it is telling.
We're so sorry to hear that our products are not for you. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass it along! Thanks so much. Xx
