I think there is clear attempt to make the case weak, with different stories being added by different accused, Looks like they have received instructions to do so, Mr. Darshans red vehicle was observed entering the shed/yard around 7-7:30pm than leaving within short time, Again his vehicle enters at around 8:00PM and leaves at 9:45pm and than his vehicle enters the shed at mid night 3:27am along with a scorpio possibly with people to shift body. Circumstantially it looks like Mr. Darshan enters shed at around 7 to confirm the arrival of victim, Than he gets his wife/girlfriend around 7:30pm-8:00pm and they leave at around 9:45pm and later he arrives at 3:27AM next day with people to move the body. So what was happening between 7:30pm-9:45pm what where Mr.Darshan and Pavithra Gowda doing at the location? Beating the victim to death? Torturing the victim with cigarette, Burning victims body with Hot iron rod? This is Heinous crime nothing less than Nirbhaya case.
