I live in the uk but English isn’t my mother tongue and honestly I get your point, even though I understand him. He might not have a strong accent but he doesn’t articulate very well so all his words flow together. that together with the English way of not pronouncing Rs and Ts can cause difficulties in understanding him tbh. If you want I can transcribe what he said ^_^
